Bug Reports

TestBrick’s bug reporting lets you capture browser issues with full context — video, screenshots, console errors, and network requests. No more “it doesn’t work” tickets.

How it works

  1. Record the bug — use the Chrome extension to capture the issue as it happens
  2. Add details — describe the bug, set severity, assign to a status
  3. Share or push — share via link or push directly to Jira, Linear, GitHub, ClickUp
  4. Track — manage bug status on a kanban board

What’s captured

  • Video recording of the bug reproduction
  • Step-by-step actions leading to the bug
  • Console errors at the time of the bug
  • Network requests that failed
  • Screenshots of the affected page
  • Browser and OS info

Bug statuses

Each project has customizable bug statuses displayed as a kanban board:
  • Open — newly reported
  • In Progress — being investigated
  • Fixed — resolved
  • Closed — verified and closed
You can create custom statuses to match your team’s workflow.
